Last updated: 8 March 2026

This policy explains how Farda Solutions Ltd collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or submit an enquiry.

Who we are

Farda Solutions Ltd is the controller responsible for personal information handled through this website. Questions or requests concerning your information can be submitted through our contact page.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we may collect:

  • your name and email address;
  • your company name;
  • the service you are interested in;
  • the contents of your message; and
  • any other information you choose to provide.

Our hosting systems may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • read, manage and respond to enquiries;
  • understand what services you may need;
  • take steps you request before entering into a contract;
  • operate, protect and improve the website; and
  • meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing unless we have a separate lawful basis and have provided any notices required by law.

Our lawful bases

Depending on the circumstances, we rely on:

  • steps before a contract—where you ask us to consider or provide services;
  • legitimate interests—to respond to business enquiries, administer our website, maintain security and manage our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and
  • legal obligations—where we must keep or disclose information to comply with the law.

Cookies and external resources

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

We use Google Fonts to display typefaces. When your browser requests these files, Google receives technical request information including your IP address, the requested URL, browser or device details and referring page. Google states that the Google Fonts API does not set or log cookies and does not use this information for user profiling or targeted advertising.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share it only when necessary with:

  • website hosting, IT, communications and other service providers working for us;
  • professional advisers such as accountants, insurers or legal advisers; or
  • public authorities, regulators or other parties where required by law or needed to protect legal rights.

Service providers may use information only for the agreed purpose and must protect it appropriately.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, we use an approved transfer mechanism or rely on another lawful safeguard.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or existing business relationship and meet legal obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to ongoing work are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, unless there is a lawful reason to keep them longer.

How we protect information

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to prevent personal information from being lost, misused, altered, disclosed or accessed without authorisation. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you the right to:

  • be informed about how your information is used;
  • request access to your information;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion or restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • receive certain information in a portable format; and
  • withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

To exercise a right, please use our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Complaints

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, through ico.org.uk.

Children’s information

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
